Here’s how the assessment works:
You’ll be asked a series of questions around nine key areas of leadership. To answer each, choose the rating 1-4 that best represents you. You'll then be given three options to clarify how well that rating fits your current situation.
When you’re finished, you’ll be given a unique leadership score on a scale from 0-108. This will show you how focused and effective your leadership is. Then you’ll have the clarity you need to improve your score.
